Acclaimed songwriter Diane Warren shared a heartfelt update on Instagram, announcing that the fire had destroyed her beach house, a beloved property she had owned for almost 30 years.

Actress and singer Mandy Moore shared her heartbreak on Instagram following the destruction in Altadena, where her family home once stood. While expressing deep gratitude that her family and pets were able to escape unharmed, Moore also opened up about the emotional weight of the tragedy.

“Honestly, I’m in shock and feeling numb for everything so many have lost, including my family,” Mandy Moore wrote. “My children’s school is gone… So many friends and loved ones have lost everything too. Our community is shattered, but we will rebuild together. Sending love to everyone affected and to those on the front lines working tirelessly to get this under control.”

In a heartfelt Instagram story, Mandy Moore opened up about the challenge of protecting her children from the emotional impact of the tragedy. “Grateful for the kindness of friends who gave us a place to stay last night,” she shared. “Trying to shield the kids from the overwhelming sadness and worry I’m feeling. Praying for everyone in our beautiful city.”
